Refund help

Every acadeME Hub plan starts with a 14-day free trial — cancel any time during the trial from your billing settings and you won't be charged. Subscription fees paid after the trial ends are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time and keep access until the end of your current paid period.

If you believe you were charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, email academehub1@gmail.com with your account email and order ID. We review every request fairly. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the free trial?

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of acadeME Hub Starter from the day you sign up — no card required. Pro and Pro Annual also include a 14-day free trial when you subscribe; you won't be charged until the trial ends and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your billing settings and click Cancel subscription. You can also cancel from the billing portal using the email you checked out with. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep full access until the end of your current paid period.

When does my subscription renew?

Monthly plans (Starter and Pro) renew every month on the same date you subscribed. Pro Annual renews once a year on your subscription anniversary. Stripe emails a reminder before each renewal and a receipt after each charge.

Can I change plans?

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference automatically, so you only pay for what you actually use.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays available for the rest of your paid period. After that, your account is downgraded but your records remain so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off. To permanently delete your data, email academehub1@gmail.com — see our Privacy Policy for more.
