14-day free trial
Every acadeME Hub plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your billing settings — no charge, no questions asked.
Cancellations after the trial
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Annual plans
Annual plans follow the same rule: cancel any time to stop future renewals. The amount paid for the current annual term is non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of that term.
Exceptional circumstances
If you believe you were charged in error, did not receive the service you paid for, or have another exceptional circumstance, contact us at academehub1@gmail.com. We review every request fairly, and nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under your local law.
